We only had a couple of hours to spend in the city and that was too little. So take at least 1 or 2 full days to stay and explore Cairns city. Going to beach, free and public swimming pool at the beach, doing some shopping. Cairns has a lot to offer.

We’ll recommend that you rent a car so you can visit a couple of places, nature and much more. It’s the best way to explore this region. Take at least a full week to stay here. You’ll want to be able to explore Cairns and fall in love with this beautiful region.
